The White Label Method


Step 1

At your convenience, we arrange for a meeting in your home with our interior designer and the homeowners to fully understand the direction for the renovations based on our conversations and your list of priorities. Preliminary design and planning (drawings include plans and elevations) of the interior of the home follows, with a ‘Class C Budget’ to ensure that we’re on track with the design.

Step 2

After we agree that the budget and design are in line with your expectations, we finalize interior design, plans and elevations for the renovation.  We prepare the construction documents and distribute to our team of White Label Approved trades and construction experts for pricing

Step 3

After trade pricing is review, we present you with a ‘Class A Construction Estimate’ for approval. We then apply for a construction permit.

Step 4

We start construction on the appointed date, once construction permits have been issued.
