Our leadership team
Daniel Melendez, President
Daniel is a co-founder and President of White Label Homes. He brings a blend of architectural design ability, real estate development acumen, design thinking and construction knowledge to work closely with owners and consultants from all walks of life.
Daniel, is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture (2006) and joined White Label Homes in April 2011 after working in the architecture industry for five years.
Throughout his career, Daniel has primarily focused on Design Building and Construction Management projects. Daniel is personally involved in all of White Label Homes’s business development, and posses a wide range of experience and the necessary knowledge to help take a project from beginning to end.
Jared Neufeld, Vice-President of Construction Operations
Jared became a partner at White Label Homes in 2017, and Vice-President of Operations in 2021.
During his time with the company, he has been in charge of delivering some of the most complex and challenging projects in the company's history.
He has over 14 years of project management experience, with an additional seven years of hands-on construction experience. Jared brings a deep knowledge of construction management and project delivery.
As a Vice-President, Jared is personally involved with the on-site aspects of White Label Homes’s projects. He posses a wide range of experience and the necessary knowledge to help deliver successful projects.
Jeff Del Buono, Architect &
Vice-President of Pre-Construction
Jeff Del Buono is a registered architect with 15+ years of experience in the architectural profession.
In early 2021, Jeff joined White Label Homes in order to develop our in-house design-build services and refine our pre-construction process. In 2023 White Label Homes welcomed Jeff as a partner and Vice-President of Pre-Construction.
Jeff expertise and training brings a unique client/consultant viewpoint to the project delivery process. He has been exposed to a wide range of project typologies and project delivery methods. Jeff’s attention to detail has allowed him to develop an aptitude for construction logistics, building envelope systems, and overall project delivery.
Karl Loepp (Retired)
Karl, a co-founding partner of White Label Homes, retired in late 2022. His retirement paves the way for the new leadership to carry on the legacy, ensuring the ongoing evolution of White Label Homes as Winnipeg's foremost design-builders.
