Step 1 | Preliminary Design

We arrange for a meeting in your home with our design consultants to fully understand the direction of your project based on your list of priorities. We develop initial plans and materials and assemble a Budget accurate to +/- 10-15%.

Step 2 | Construction Documents

Once you’re comfortable with the +/- 10-15%. budget, we finalize the design -including plans, sections and elevations. These plans are then reviewed and distributed for final pricing.

Step 3 | Drawing Coordination and Construction Pricing

We develop and present you with a Class ‘A’ Construction Estimate (+/- 5%) for approval, at the same time we also apply for any necessary building permits in order to expedite the start date.

Step 4 | Construction

Once the Class ‘A’ Estimate is approved by you, we develop a project schedule and award our trade contractors. If any minor adjustments in material (like finishes) are required, we will make the changes and communicate the cost implication before proceeding.
